As a senior member of the performance marketing team, you’ll help shape and scale the paid media go-to-market efforts across some of Ziggy’s key clients. We’re looking for a passionate, experienced, and outcome-driven candidate to help our key customers scale revenue through paid media.

  • Salary range – £35k- £50k
  • 10% annual bonus paid as 2.5% per quarter if targets are hit.

You will:

  • Lead performance and paid media activities for our leading Enterprise and Mid-Market clients. Delivering deep insights and recommendations directly to our client’s on regular performance calls
  • Work closely with our paid media specialists and data scientists to uncover the critical performance insight and direct priority optimisations to be made, helping to plan key activities for the team to focus on
  • Partner closely with the Account Director working across the same accounts to form a performance first, growth mindset that makes you both an invaluable team to work with
  • Use your strategic, analytical, agile, digital skills to help us achieve our full-funnel marketing goals (we focus on driving revenue, increasing LTV and reducing CAC).
  • Closely monitor performance throughout the funnel and help us optimise conversions throughout the various stages. 
  • Drive engagement and conversion through audience, creative, and channel tests. We deliver paid media demand gen programs at scale and we’re always iterating.
  • Identify trends and insights, directing critical optimisations and budget updates to be made by the paid media specialists in the team
  • Measure, report and present on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (return on investment and performance metrics)
  • Share your voice across social channels, articulating things you’ve learned and your POV on demand gen.

You will have.

  • 3+ years of B2B performance/digital marketing experience, including expertise with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube.
  • Experience presenting paid media performance to senior stakeholders (client or agency side)
  • Proven track record of developing sound digital strategies and running innovative campaigns that exceed target goals.
  • Experience working with CRM data
  • A startup mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment
  • Superb organisation and project management skills.
  • Validated leadership capability and effectiveness working collaboratively and cross functionally.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data.
  • BA/BS degree (in lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant work experience)
